Course Objectives The aim of the course is to teach how to perform pre-laboratory preparation, sample processing, case study and finalization procedures in the biochemistry and microbiology laboratories of the hospital.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain laboratory acceptance and sample rejection
  • Explain the use of laboratory equipments and devices
  • Communicate correctly and clearly with patients, relatives and colleagues.
  • Explain the work sections in the laboratory and work as a team member.
  • Taking necessary precautions in accordance with work safety, laboratory safety and environmental protection rules
  • Evaluate comparative situations in terms of professional ethics
Course Description This course covers practical applications in hospital laboratories.
